Located about 65 miles southwest of Fort Worth in Stephenville, Tarleton State University has a current enrollment exceeding 9,000. As a member of the Texas A&M University System since 1917, Tarleton offers 70 undergraduate majors and 22 graduate programs in six academic colleges: Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Education, Liberal and Fine Arts, and Science and Technology. Tarleton's Office of International Education offers an exchange program with four main Mexico universities. The universities, located in Mexico City, Monterrey and Saltillo, give students access to 35 universities within Mexico. The Office of International Education is also a member of the Texas Study Abroad Consortium Program which is a worldwide affiliation.
