  FACULTY RECRUITMENT

TIEC has recruited faculty for teaching assignments in several countries around the world. By using TIEC services, the client organization avoids the expense and delays that are often incurred when directing a recruiting effort from an overseas location.

Faculty recruitment typically takes one of two forms:

• Placement of TIEC Faculty. Pre-screening and assistance with placement of TIEC faculty at international universities for appointments of one semester or longer.

• National Recruitment. Utilization of TIEC’s national network of contacts to recruit faculty for international appointments. This recruitment process includes the pre-screening of candidates and background checks which permits the client organization to make an informed staffing decision.
