Dr. Manar Fathy Hamza is a Professor of Adult Health Nursing at Capital University and the Egyptian Chinese University. With over 25 years of extensive experience in higher education, clinical training, and academic administration, she has previously served as the Vice Director of the Technical Institute of Nursing and Vice Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at Helwan University. Dr. Hamza is a certified AI Ambassador accredited by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Egypt and a certified Executive Trainer (TOT) from the National Training Academy. She is a pioneer in integrating Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation technologies into nursing education and scientific research, frequently delivering keynote speeches and workshops on these emerging trends across regional universities. An active researcher and editorial reviewer for several international scientific journals, her work focuses heavily on healthcare informatics, evidence-based practices, and the intersections of environmental health and nursing care.
