Susan Katz joined TIEC in the fall of 2022 as Executive Assistant to Robin Lerner, and she also assists in maintaining TIEC’s website and social media. In previous professional lives, she’s held several senior operations and account management roles, especially in customer service for a variety of industries. She’s also written and/or edited technical/instructional products, manuals, articles, and novels. 

When she’s not working, her first hobby love is gaming. She also reads, sews, bakes, fiddles with her copious houseplants, and obsesses about what her dog is thinking.
